Project Description:
Kuwait University City, also known as Sabah Al-Salem University City, is a landmark educational development spanning 6 million square meters in Al-Shadadiya, Kuwait. Designed to accommodate over 40,000 students, the campus integrates modern academic facilities with sustainable infrastructure.
As Project Engineer, we led the civil design team responsible for a 13-kilometer internal roadway network and associated interchanges, adhering to AASHTO standards. Our focus was on optimizing earthwork to achieve balance, integrating mass transit strategies, and ensuring efficient site circulation. The roadway geometry was meticulously graded to complement the architectural language of the campus, facilitating seamless movement while preserving the site's aesthetic integrity.
