Project Description:


The United Center is a world-class, multi-purpose indoor arena and home to both the Chicago Bulls and the Chicago Blackhawks. Since its opening in 1994, the venue has undergone a series of phased improvements and surrounding campus enhancements to support fan experience, operations, and urban integration.


The facility seats over 20,000 spectators and hosts more than 200 events annually, including NBA and NHL games, concerts, and large-scale productions. Recent redevelopment efforts include the creation of a new atrium and practice facility, upgrades to transportation and parking access, and integration with Chicago’s broader West Loop revitalization. The surrounding district continues to evolve into a mixed-use entertainment zone, with improved pedestrian connectivity, sustainability measures, and fan-oriented retail, food, and beverage offerings that enhance the game-day and event experience.
