Clear Creek Tahoe is a 221-lot luxury residential development set within the environmentally sensitive highlands near Carson City, Nevada, with panoramic views of the Sierra Nevada and proximity to Lake Tahoe. Serving as a strategic advisor to the developer, we provided critical guidance on civil infrastructure planning during the conceptual phase, with a focus on preserving the site’s natural beauty and minimizing long-term environmental impacts.


Our advisory scope included reviewing proposed road alignments and grading strategies to ensure alignment with sustainable hillside development practices. We assessed early-stage design concepts to optimize infrastructure efficiency, reduce earthwork, and protect key view corridors—contributing to a design that meets both aesthetic goals and regulatory requirements. The outcome supported the client’s vision for a high-end, low-impact mountain community.
